Established in 1997, Shengzhou City Shuanggang Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. specializes in producing all kinds of electromotors for household electrical appliances. Our company is located in Ganlin Town of Shengzhou City in Zhejiang Province, and covers a total area of 12,000 square meters.
Nowadays, our main products include YZF series shaped-pole motors, YPY series oil & smoke exhauster motors, YYK series ventilator motors, XD series washing machine motors and XTD series spin-drier motors. Our annual output is about 1,200,000 pieces. We have cooperated with some famous apparatus companies in China, such as Xinfei Group, Electrolux Company and Baixue Company. Our company has advanced and complete machines in production and test, such as computerized plastic injecting forming machines, NC lathes, vacuum dipping and drying equipment, computerized stator comprehensive test devices and product delivery test beds. A continues line of production and testing has formed, which includes punching, plastic injecting, aluminum casting, coiling, embedding wire, dipping lacquer, mounting and packing. All of our products are controlled by ISO9001:2000 standard. They have passed the evaluations of ISO9001:2000 Certification, CCC (Certificate for China Compulsory Product Certification) Certification, CE Certification and UL Certification.
We are devoted ourselves in the research of modern electrical appliances. Keeping on development is our pursuit for ever. We have established long-term and close cooperation with research institutes and universities, such as Zhejiang University. Furthermore, we have employed a strong technical team. 26 engineers and technicians assure our ability in technical development and improvement.
